Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

We currently ship to domestic and international destinations. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
